Fattoria Il Torrione is an organic and environmentally sustainable farm, located in Saturnia, in the Tuscan Maremma. The farm produces extra-virgin olive oil, Morellino di Scansano DOCG, Maremma Toscana DOC wines, Tuscan IGT wine, jams, Senator Cappelli durum wheat and spelt pasta, puffed spelt, gallette, nuvolette and flours, all of which are certified organic and mostly processed on the farm.
