Producing wine from organically managed land, the product is not certified organic by choice. The company’s philosophy is based on the recovery of ancient vineyards in which the cultivation of mostly native grapes is preferred. Production of terroir wines such as: Ciliegiolo Toscana IGT Ciliegiolo 100% Grapes from three vineyards that are 54 years old and one that is 15 years old, located between the Municipalities of Manciano and Capalbio; Morellino di Scansano DOCG Sangiovese 100% Grapes from vineyards that are 20 years old, located in the Municipality of Manciano: Vermentino Toscana IGT Vermentino 100% Grapes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Pitigliano and Manciano, with different soils and microclimates; Procanico Toscana IGT Procanico 100% Grapes from a 70-year-old vineyard, located in the municipality of Pitigliano at 250 meters above sea level Tufaceous soils of volcanic origin; Vigna Vallerana Alta, Ciliegiolo Toscana IGT Ciliegiolo 100% Grapes from a single vineyard, about one hectare, half of which was planted in 1954, the other in 1968. Located in the municipality of Capalbio, in the locality of “Vallerana Alta,” 350 m asl Clay soils. All wines are natural without the use of synthetic products.
