Pierini&Brugi jams
Our jams are made exclusively with seasonal fruits and vegetables from the organic farm. The types produced are blackberries, figs, plums, sangiovese grapes, cherries, pears and green tomatoes. Such jams obtained without the addition of preservatives, are made by the traditional method, evaporating the water present in the fruit/vegetable in steel containers for about two hours, with the addition of sugar and lemon peel. Once ready, it is packed into glass jars and then sterilized .
