Pierini&Brugi distillates

The Pierini&Brugi farm also produces grappa and grappa riserva. This product is made with pomace from the company’s fresh Sangiovese grapes, processed by the Nannoni Grappa distillery using the artisanal method with head and tail cutting performed manually by the Master Distiller. The discontinuous distillation system with steam plant and low-grade columns make it possible to obtain an excellent product while respecting the characteristic aromas of the pomace.
